šŸ’›šŸ¶ Dog Vomiting Undigested Food šŸ¶šŸ’›

When your dog brings up whole undigested food, fast gulping with swallowed air is the most common trigger šŸ›‘. If it happens shortly after eating, it may not be true vomiting; the stomach expels food after being overstretched.

Use slow-feeder bowls, snuffle mats or scatter kibble to slow down meals. Avoid vigorous exercise for at least 30 minutes post-meal šŸƒ. For a single mild episode with normal energy & appetite: withhold food for a few hours, then offer a small bland meal.

āš ļø Red flags 🚩 Repeated episodes, weight loss, blood in vomit, bloating or lethargy — see your vet promptly šŸ‘©ā€āš•ļøšŸ©ŗ. Let’s monitor our pups’ gut health together šŸ’–šŸ¾. Message us if you have questions šŸ“žšŸ’¬
